Who Can Apply
Entrance Scholarships:
Full-time students entering university studies for the first time, admitted to a bachelor’s program. Not available to visiting students, independent students, or certificate-program students.
In-course Scholarships:
Current bachelor’s students who have completed at least one semester at Concordia and meet the GPA requirement. Concordia’s scholarship page lists a minimum Assessment GPA of 3.30 for in-course scholarships.
Application-based Awards:
Students must apply when the award cycle is open. Concordia’s current application-based awards page says to check back in October 2026, while another Concordia scholarships page says applications open during August. Because the official pages show different timing, applicants must check the live Concordia Awards page before relying on one date.
Graduate Students:
Concordia’s School of Graduate Studies lists funding filters for master’s, doctoral, postdoctoral, certificate, diploma, Canadian, permanent resident, U.S./international, entrance award, in-program funding, and external funding. Concordia also warns graduate applicants to consult agency-specific websites for the most up-to-date instructions.
