Seoul National University has announced the SNU President Fellowship Program for spring 2027. The fellowship is designed for teaching or instructional staff members of universities in developing countries who do not already hold a PhD and are applying for a PhD program at SNU. Benefits include full tuition support, monthly stipend, round-trip airfare, Korean language training, health insurance support, and possible childcare support.
Eligibility Summary:
β’Must be a teaching/instructional staff member at a major university in a developing country.
β’Must not already have a PhD.
β’Must hold a masterβs degree or higher from an accredited institution.
β’Must apply and be newly admitted as a PhD student at SNU for spring 2027.
